Each cottage has been individually designed to enhance the natural charm of the buildings. Linen (except for cots) and towels are provided. Please note this is a barn conversion, ceilings can be low.
The living areas are open plan incorporating lounge/dining area and fitted kitchen. The kitchens are fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washer / dryer. The bathrooms have shaver points, showers and baths.
The lounge areas have DVD players and flat screen TVs with built in freeview.
The office hosts an extensive DVD library and board games and books which guests are free to use.
There is ample parking available. Guests are free to wander around the 15 acres of farm land.
Walk/cycle path into Newton Stewart, only 1 mile from Nether Barr into town.
WIFI: Wi-fi is available. We have super fibre broadband but due to the thickness of the walls, the distance
from the nearest exchange and split between 6 cottages, it is only really suitable for browsing the web.
We would not recommend relying on the wi-fi for streaming.
One well-behaved pet welcome by prior arrangement (£15 supplement).
Additional pets may be accept at the owners discretion.
Dogs must be kept on a lead.
All cottages are no-smoking.
Bike shed & outdoor hose for all mountain bike enthusiasts.
Our largest cottage is ideal for a family. The ground floor has a spacious, airy lounge, which enjoys views over the Cree towards the Galloway Hills. Downstairs there is a dining room, modern kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and electric shower. Upstairs there is another twin room and a king size bedroom and a second toilet with walk in shower.

This can sleep 4 but is more comfortable for 2-3 people. Not the same views as other cottages but has a large picture window overlooking the courtyard. All the same self-catering facilities and is ideal for short breaks.
